PART – 1

QUICK STORY OF WHO MOVED MY CHEESE?

A long time ago, there were four small characters: two mice named Sniff and Scurry, and two little humans named Hem and Haw. All four loved cheese. Every day, they wore their running shoes and searched for cheese inside a maze. After a long search, they finally found it at Cheese Station C, where there was plenty of cheese.

Sniff and Scurry arrived early each day and checked for any changes. Hem and Haw, however, arrived late and became too comfortable. They assumed the cheese would always be there and stopped paying attention to change.

One day, Sniff and Scurry arrived at Cheese Station C and found no cheese. They were not surprised because they had already expected change. They immediately put on their running shoes and went looking for new cheese elsewhere. Meanwhile, Hem and Haw arrived later and were shocked to find the cheese gone. Hem shouted, “Who moved my cheese?” They stood there in disbelief and then went home.

The next day, they returned again, hoping the cheese would be back, but it was not. Hem still refused to accept the change, while Haw started thinking differently. He wondered if Sniff and Scurry knew something they didn’t. Hem rejected this idea, saying they were just mice. Haw replied that even though they were mice, they had already adapted, while they had not.

Sniff and Scurry continued exploring the maze and eventually found Cheese Station N, where they found more cheese. Back at Station C, Hem and Haw continued to struggle. Haw began imagining himself finding new cheese and realized that staying in one place would not solve the problem. He tried to convince Hem to search for new cheese, but Hem refused, saying he was comfortable and afraid of getting lost. Haw told Hem that they should go out and look for cheese, but Hem denied and said “what if we get lost or what if we don’t find cheese? Besides its comfortable here”. After that they went home.

Every day they used to come to station C hoping that the situation has changed but it didn’t. They even dug hole to find the cheese hoping it would be there. One day Haw started laughing and said “We are doing the same thing and anticipate change. aren’t we stupid”. Hem didn’t care about it and was only concerned about who moved his cheese. Haw Urged Hem that both of them go out and search for cheese, but Hem denied and told Haw to go by himself.

Haw finally decided to leave and search for new cheese alone. At first, he often felt lost and discouraged, but he kept moving forward, reminding himself that progress was better than staying where there was no cheese. He began to imagine success, which gave him hope and confidence. He wrote, “When you stop being afraid, you feel good.”

After a long search, Haw finally found Cheese Station E, where he discovered some cheese. Later, he realized that if he had accepted change earlier, he would have found more cheese sooner. Before moving on, he left a message for Hem: “The quicker you let go of old cheese, the sooner you find new cheese.”

Haw returned to Station C to encourage Hem, but Hem refused to change. He still wanted the old cheese and was not ready to move on. Haw was disappointed but continued his journey alone.Through his experience, Haw learned that fear in his mind was much stronger than the real challenges outside. He kept leaving messages in the maze, hoping Hem would eventually follow them.

Finally, after a lot of searching, Haw reached Cheese Station N, where he found Sniff and Scurry enjoying a large amount of cheese. Haw was happy and realized that change leads to new opportunities. In Station N, Haw not only enjoyed the cheese but also stayed alert. He continued checking for changes and stayed ready to find new cheese if things changed again.
